写这篇诗的人离圣殿很远，回想着自己从前带领众人前行的日子。如今他昼夜以眼泪当饮食，还有人不停问他：你的神在哪里呢？
他两次停下来，对自己说话：我的心哪，你为何忧闷？应当仰望神。
他不是在描述一种情绪，他是在打断它。
我们大多数人是听自己说，而本该是对自己说。
这篇诗做的是后者——出声地做，而且没有假装前者已经停了。
