จดหมายจบลงอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม มีใครทุกข์หรือ จงอธิษฐาน ร่าเริงหรือ จงร้องเพลง เจ็บป่วยหรือ จงเชิญผู้ปกครองของคริสตจักรมา
สังเกตทิศทางของคำสั่งสุดท้าย ไม่ใช่ผู้ปกครองถูกบอกให้ไปหาคนป่วย แต่คนป่วยถูกบอกให้เอ่ยปากขอ
นั่นยากกว่าที่ฟัง และเป็นจุดที่หลายคนหยุด เพราะการขอหมายความว่าจะมีคนรู้
